Natasha finds the substantial impact audiologists can have on someone else’s life extremely rewarding, and is excited to provide the residents of Durham with the highest quality of hearing healthcare when they visit The Hearing Room.		Having had the opportunity to work in the industry as well as in a clinical setting with both geriatric and pediatric patients, Irene can say for certain helping patients hear better is her passion and her goal.

Natasha and Irene are both Audiologists from Western University. Western is a leader in audiological research, and both owners had the opportunity to learn from professors whose research changed the face of the industry and how audiology is practiced. Irene and Natasha are registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists, which means they are heavily regulated by their college to serve you better. They are registered with the Assistive Devices program, and are happy to help out patients associated with insurance programs like Greenshield, WSIB, ODSP, and Federal Health Programs.

Irene and Natasha joined forces in 2017 to open The Hearing Room and set a new standard in patient care. They have a passion to serve and improve patients’ quality of life through better hearing. Respectively witnessing the impact a successful hearing aid fitting can have on a patient inspired them both to leave their professions, and open a clinic where the goal is for every patient to have a successful and impactful outcome. They are excited for their new venture and look forward to meeting you at The Hearing Room.
